What is your minimum order quantity (MOQ)?
MOQs depend on part size and tooling. For custom parts we typically start at 5,000 pieces, but we support pilot and prototype runs for new product development.
Can you work with our existing moulds?
Yes. We accept customer-owned tooling after a technical assessment. Our tool room can also refurbish, modify or maintain existing moulds.
Do you supply compounded materials separately?
Absolutely. Our compounding division supplies custom colour masterbatch, filled and flame-retardant compounds to other moulders and processors.
How long does it take to go from design to production?
Typical timelines are 3–5 weeks for T1 samples and 8–12 weeks to full production, depending on mould complexity and approval cycles.
Do you export?
Yes, we currently export to 22 countries across Europe, the Middle East, Africa and South-East Asia, with full export documentation support.
