What started as a small moulding shop in 1998 is today one of the region's most integrated plastics manufacturers – trusted by 350+ OEMs across four continents.
Built on the belief that control creates quality.
Our founder, Vikram Sharma, saw a recurring problem: moulders were at the mercy of inconsistent raw materials and outsourced tooling. Quality suffered, and deadlines slipped.
So Electro Plast took a different path – bringing every critical process in-house. Today we compound over 18,000 tonnes of polymer annually, design and build 120+ moulds a year, and run 58 injection moulding machines around the clock.
The result? Parts that are consistent from the first shot to the ten-millionth – and a supply chain our customers never have to worry about.

The Beginning
Founded in Noida with 4 injection moulding machines producing electrical switch components.
In-house Tool Room
Established our own mould design and manufacturing unit, cutting lead times dramatically.
Polymer Compounding
Launched twin-screw compounding & masterbatch division – completing the raw-to-finished chain.
Automotive Certification
Achieved ISO/TS 16949 and began supplying Tier-1 automotive manufacturers.
Plant II Commissioned
Added 1,20,000 sq. ft. facility with large-tonnage machines up to 1200T and robotic automation.
Green Manufacturing
1.2 MW solar installation, 100% servo-electric fleet upgrade and recycled polymer product lines.
